AIOIA (Translation; This Is) is one of the most innovative bands to emerge from france in recent years. Mixing a vast variety of genres from rock and metal, to ambient and classical, the result is genre-defying. The lyrical themes take the shape and structure of an opera, and upon employing some of the most talented vocal talents in the country, assisted by experimental melodies, the AIOIA project has truly taken form as one of the most interesting and instantly recognisable bands on the music scene today.
