BURNING MOUNTAIN STUDIO IS A DAVE ALLEN PROJECT TO PRESENT MUSIC BY DAVE, WITH POSSIBLE COLLABORATIONS WITH OTHER ARTISTS. STYLES VARY FROM MODERN ELECTRONICA TO JAZZ AND BEYOND. KEEP AN OPEN MIND AND ENJOY THE CHALLENGE.
DAVE BEGAN IN MUSIC IN THE 60'S, WAS CLASSICALLY TRAINED ON FLUTE, WAS A LEADING EXPONENT OF FLUTE IN POP/ROCK MUSIC IN THE 60'S AND 70'S, PLAYED JAZZ AND BLUES, ADDED SAX, RECORDED EXTENSIVELY IN POP/ROCK, JAZZ, FILM AND STAGE. HIS FIRST RECORDING WENT TO#1 ON THE CHARTS IN 1970. THESE DAYS, DAVE HAS EMBRACED THE ELECTRONIC WORLD, PLAYING A WIND SYNTHESISER, YAMAHA WX5 WITH VL-70 AND SEVERAL OTHER SYNTH MODULES IN HIS BURNING MOUNTAIN STUDIO.
PLEASE GIVE THE MUSIC SOME TIME, AND PLAY THE ENTIRE TRACK, SOME OF THESE TRACKS BUILD TO A FINAL THEME.

Hello Dave, finally had some time to stop and listen to the new theme, with Lori reciting the poem. Actually, I really enjoyed it...but Im not sure what it is about it exactly that pulls me or stops me. Im gonna take more time and listen more thorugh the weekend. Hope all is well with you! Elise
