Bio
My name is Joyce Dijkgraaf, and I was born 23 springs ago in the Netherlands.
Mainly I am a singer, and when I don't sing I write music. If you are on a quest for meaningless pop songs, you're at the wrong place. I write about the things most people worry about. Insecureness, finding yourself, accepting flaws and the things I worry about in society.
I like to participate in diverse projects and music styles of which you can take a peak on my website/project page. I will not back down for new challenges, on the contrary. I will grab them with both hands and try to get the most experience out of it as possible. This is one of the reasons I'm in a school for music. Practising my passion every day, how lucky am I!.
My future plan contains writing and performing with Sarah's Smile and working together with other diverse artists. The stage feels like home and I know I belong there.

At the moment she is writing some great music for this band. With a beautiful voice and great ideas Sarah's Smile has a huge possibility to succeed. So if you love her be smart and become a believer or a fan.
The name Sarah’s Smile is chosen because Sarah is the name of Joyces neice.
The pureness and honesty this little child gave her when she was born, had such an inpact. Sarah is always smiling and she is not yet influenced by society. Every day is a new day to learn and investigate. The positivity in Sarah’s smile is something Sarah's Smile wants to share with the world.

Ik vond het ook leuk je weer te ontmoeten. Hoop dat je je band binnen niet al te lange tijd weer op poten gaat krijgen, want ik heb nog steeds alle vertrouwen in je. Heel erg bedankt voor het regelen van de gigs voor Julia en hopelijk snel weer tot ziens. En eh, als je band op poten is, regel ik een live optreden op Ede FM voor je, OK?
