I am officially ready for 50K !!!!

ARTIST STATUS :

** Sellaband headquarters has received my 50K video and it has been uploaded to my site, ready to go for the 50K moment.

** Producers, Masterer, Musicians and photography ( everything !!! ) has been confirmed and ready to start work when 50K occurs.

**My songs are fully written and arranged.

**Pre-production is due just around the corner (due to other artist projects with Phil Tweed).

Exciting new info ! :

** An accoustic version of one of my new tracks will now be included.

** With permission from Vegas Dragons, I will be doing a hard rock version of their beautiful ballad 'Faith'.

**I will also be doing a new, fresh version of my own ballad 'No Fear'.

So, at this point I am looking at 11 tracks plus a documentary of the making of the album plus up to 2 professional filmclips.Will aim to increase this number, we will evaluate the status of the budget after 11 tracks.

Here's to 50K soon ! I am working really hard to make this happen for us.

Recording Diary of 'Alone' - Monday 21st July, 2008.

4am - As every day, woke up to my blaring talk show alarm ! My mum was so sweet and called me at 4.30am to make sure that I got up and stayed up ! Thanks so much Mum - Love you ! xxx

4.45am - Unsuccessfully put on 'Bubby' (My computer ! Brother to previous computer 'crappy' lol ).When it failed to start up correctly, I am fairly certain that my screams of disappointment could be heard from The Netherlands itself ! Not that I am a Sellaband addict or anything ; ).So unfortunately as a result,  I had to leave my unit without checking our progress on SAB.Wait for it...NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol

5.40am - Arrived at the train station to join the connecting train to Phil's house (It takes 2 trains and almost 3 hrs to get to Phil's house but be as you have heard the results, worth every second of travel ).

9am - I greet a smily Phil Tweed at his local station - Branxton.

9.30am - A hungry Miss Gow wolfed down her favourite recording food - porridge, soy milk and banana (brain food lol ) and of course - an extra hot, extra strong soy latte (Not I am a primma donna or anything lol ; ) ).

10am - While we await the dowloads from the file that EdenLord sent us ( A whole 1.5G ! That's  huge ! ) , Phil and discuss my plans for my 50K SAB album.We discuss the muliple avenues I can pursue and the budget.Next Friday 8th August, I have a business meeting with one producer. I have been in contact with him for a while now and it will be great to meet with him next week and discuss my vision for the album and to discover what his expectations are as well.He has had over 20 years experience within the Industry and has come highly recommended to me by Industry professionals.I listened to some samples of his work yesterday and to say the least was exceptionally impressed with his work.He does alot of work for Sony and has many Industry contacts, which is of course a considerable advantage to progressing my already bright music career.If all goes well with the meeting, I see no reason not to forge ahead and start making bookings for studios etc. with this particular producer.All will be revealed within the next few weeks ! This is a perfect time to meet because as I have stated previously, pre-production will commence at 40K.Now all I need is that 40K !!! ; )

11am - We start work on the song.Phil mixes and adds his famous magic touch to all aspects.He takes Gon's already amazing voice to an incredible new level.Take particular notice to how Gon sings 'All my feelings and desires' - spine chilling stuff ! Oozing with loads of sensuality and conviction. Well done Gon !!

1.30pm - We take a much needed lunch break (our tummies quite clearly indicate this lol ) On the famous Phil menu": Chicken Chasseur on toast ! It was yummo ! Thanks mate !

2pm - We venture back into the studio and yours truly ; ) puts on her headphones ready to record.The recording process was an absolute ball, I seriously can't wait to get into the studio and record my SAB album, there is seriously nothing like being in the studio - nothing compares, period.As usual, I say to Phil 'Did that have enough conviction? ' and as usual Phil looks at me to say 'Are you serious ? - yes it is Tiff !!! ?' lol This man has alot of patience with me, I take my hat off to him !

3.30pm - Vocal tracks have been laid and Phil now mixes and masters the track.The track is sounding amazing.My absolute favourite part is where I sing harmony.That is my favourite style to sing.It sounds simply gorgeous.

4.30pm - The track is complete and once again Phil has done an amazing job.Thank you sincerely to my close friend and producer Mr Phil Tweed. Awesome job mate. : )

4.40pm - I video record 2 takes of myself singing to the song to send to EdenLord to be included in our fimclip.Phil played camera

man and still to this day we have a laugh about how much I love the camera ! It is so true , I do ! You either do or don't and I really do !!! There are a few bloopers (mistakes) and once the filmclip is released, I hope to include the bloopers from both EdenLord and myself on youtube.That will be fun !

5.30pm - I board my train and start my journey home.I watch the footage of myself on the video camera (Thank you Vegasboy for the loan ! ) , love the footage and start writing this recording diary.

9.15pm - I arrive back home.I excitingly upload the song and lyrics, Thank friends for believing and reply to all messages.

10.15pm - It was a really enjoyable and rewarding day but I am extremely exhausted, I take a shower (And no - there was no shower cam before you ask! lol ) and get into bed.There is really nothing like the comfort of your own bed. : ) Sweet dreams !

The Prime Objective and Goal:

The primary objective is to produce an exceptionally high quality standard Sellaband CD , which will consist of 9-10 hard Rock/Metal tracks (depending on budget allocations- aiming for 10).
The CD will be produced by an experienced and first class Producer - either within Australia or overseas, the final decision will be confirmed closer to the 40K milestone.
The budget is currently being closely anaylsed and scrutinised with all aspects considered to ensure maximum value and quality for myself and my Investors.

The overall sound of the album will be quite diverse and have a generally harder edge to it, in contrast to my debut album "No Fear".
My utmost priority is to incorporate a fresh sound that is very contemporary, as to be marketed efficiently and commercially on a global scale.I will be including many different instruments and vocalist Brian Taylor from Vegas Dragons will be doing backing vocals on one of the tracks.The album will have a sound in comparison to such established acts as Karnivool, Cog, Metallica and a fusion of Linkin Park.The combination of hard sounding guitars and symphony will be featured throughout the album.

Tracks will include a higher quality and remastered version of my previously successful release "Liar Liar".
My collaborations "Stronger" with Dandelium and "Cry my love" with EdenLord are being considered for inclusion on my SAB album, however the focus is primarily on Tiffany Gow originals.The final decision will be concluded closer towards the pre-production stage.

A filmclip will be created using one of my SAB album songs.The filmclip will be distibuted to local, community and International video programs/networks and will also be included on future DVD releases.
The filmclip will only be available on the Limited Edition CD and will not appear on any future regular duplications.

A full length documentary of the recording process, which shall include interviews and studio footage.
This your opportunity to share an insight into the daily involvements of recording process and to share the experience and journey with me.
You will get to know Tiffany Gow - the Artist as well as the person.An intimate and personal documentary.

An official album launch will be conducted at a Sydney venue after its completion.
Local press, fans,friends, family, A&R,Industry personnel,marketing experts,managers and the general public will be invited to attend this event.
The launch will extensively be publicised through many forms of media including the internet, my personal website (Due for release in 2008) ,Sellaband, print media, community and commercial radio, community television and the issuing of flyers.
The launch will be inclusive of a 60 - 90 minute live set and the airing of my debut filmclip will occur.
Please note : This venture will be financed solely by myself.

I will be investing extensive time in ensuring  my Investors receive maximum profit/return through mass promotion of the album and continually directing publicity back to sellaband to increase the awareness of site, thus enticing new Artists/Believers to SAB and as a result increase your opportunity to sell and financially profit from your Limited Edition CDS.It is of incredible importance to me to put 100% effort into repaying your faith and loyalty.

I am the official support act for the exciting, up and coming Vegas Dragons Live Tour - anticipated in 2009.As a result , your album sales are anticipated to dramatically increase and be further encouraged.

"CRY MY LOVE" RECORDING DIARY - MONDAY 14TH APRIL, 2008.***

5.30am- Woke up and just couldn't fall back asleep, was just to darn excited !!!! Made a conscious decision to venture out for a 25 minute walk.Felt fantastic ! When I got back to my Aunty's house (whom kindly let me stay overnight) a hearty breakfast and double dosage caffeine was consumed ; ) After breaky I I make the journey up to my genius producer's - Mr Phil Tweed , house.I am so ready to rock ! My enthusiasm is endless and I just can't wait to get into the studio again.

9am- Phil kindly meets me at the station and we make our way to the studio.I make my usually excessive strong cup of coffee in my favourite mug ( which is scarily fitting ; ) ) that reads "It's all about me "  ; ) -yes, the primma donna is back in da house !!!!!

Phil commences work on mixing the individual files.It is such a joy to listen to each file as it is being mixed, even the unpolished, raw and unmastered files sound simply amazing.I feel so very much excited ! I can already hear the completed track in my head and it is such a fantastic and exciting feeling.

10am-We stop for a short while to celebrate Wilson's (Phil's lovely son) birthday.The theme of the birthday party is that of "Pirates".Phil disappears for a moment and returns with a very groovy pirate hat and a cliche black eye patch.What a sight- I am in tears of laughter !!!!!! Trust me - it is truly very hard to take a nationally renowned producer seriously when he looks like this !!!!

10.30am-Resumed work in the studio, Phil as per usual worked his magic.EdenLord were more than courteous and professional in their approach, by providing all aspects of the track through individual files.It was extremely convienient and practical, it allowed the ability to control the overall sound and direction of the track.The end result that was achieved was a high quality, well balanced mix- in comparison  to working off your standard MP3.

12.30pm- We paused for a moment to recharge the batteries with a well catered for "Diva" (One of the many friendly names that Mr Vegas "Brian" Dragons addresses me as ; ) ) luncheon.In typical childrens parties fashion, we loaded up on good ole fashioned Aussie tucker- Barbequed sausages, Chicken kebabs, fresh bread , tomato sauce endless sweets and cordial !!!! -Yummy !!!! But as usual, my eyes are bigger than my stomach and to say the least- this little primma donna is feeling a tad bit bloated and regretting her eagerness for lunch !!!!

1.30pm- We ventured back into the studio and resumed work, a little more mixing the track and I am now ready to play vocal gymnastics ; ) !!!

Many great lines were delivered, I just really love the high notes I have hit in the verses, as a few lines sung were unplanned and purely accidental, the magic just fell from my mouth- often when this happens - the most amazing sounds occur and indeed they did.I just admire how Phil is so encouraging and I really respect how he pushes me to sing the best I possibly can and to push the boundaries of any other recording I have previously done.We are both very happy with my takes and laying down the vocal tracks is successfully complete.

4.30pm- Phil works his incredible magic and works on the final mix and mastering.We listen to the track to ensure both parties are satisfied with final result.

6pm-With a huge smile on my face and a brand spanking new track to add to my successful recording career thus far, I gather all my belongings and make my way to the car so the chauffer ; ) can drive me back to the train station to connect with my train back to my home in Sydney.

9pm-Decided to break my journey half way on the train and got off at the Central Coast to catch up with one of greatest friends, had a few celebration drinks and was kindly put up for the night in the guest room.It was a long day but a highly rewarding, satisfying,enjoyable and successful day.Phil and I worked extremely hard and achieved a truly fantastic result.

Definately worth every single ounce of blood, sweat and tears in working at an exceptionally menial "day" job in order to be able to the have the finances to record.

SATURDAY 12TH APRIL , 2008

Hi there my friends- Hope you are all really well and happy. : ) As you are most likely aware, I have been the subject of a significant parts removal and restructuring of position in the last 24 hours.Even though I completely respect and understand the right for the believer to remove and/or transfer parts, it still does not lessen the extreme hurt and pain experienced.To say the least - I feel completely gutted but still remain very positive and determined.My sincere gratitude to ALL of my wonderful believers, your faith and loyalty is truly valued.In particular I would love to Thank my lovely friends who saw the parts removal unfold and were extremely sweet in increasing their belief.The gesture alone speaks volumes and I am exceptionally touched by your truly kind actions, you cannot buy the awesome friendships I have made with you all and nor would I ever want to.Times are very challenging for me at the moment- I am working 2 jobs to save to live while I record my SAB album overseas, while trying to maintain and improve my SAB profile and find the funds to try to enjoy life the best way I can.As stated in my message- My faith , determination, dedication , passion and desire to achieve 50K for US is as strong as ever.I never have and never will be a quitter and I will be here all the way to 50K and still very much present after it.I am working so hard to maintain a steady position on page one.                                                                                                          On a brighter note, I have received EdenLord's completed half of our collaboration.I am really happy with it, Gon has a very strong and powerful voice and I am confident that our voices will compliment each other.I head into the studio on Monday 14th April to record my half of the track with my genius producer- Mr Phil Tweed (of course ; ) in the Upper Hunter Valley, not far from where this little primma donna ; ) was born and raised.It is always so nice to go back.So as usual, expect a very interesting recording diary next week ! I am not sure at this stage when the track will be uploaded but as soon as it is ready to go, you will be promptly notified.It will also be exciting to release NEW artwork ( A huge Thank you to the wonderful talents from my great friend- Mr Martin Nicholas )  and promotional offers to coincide with the release of the track.Lyrics will also be posted here, so you can happily sing along.I encourage you to please check the awesome music of "EdenLord" .If you love symphonic metal, you will indeed be in heaven ! I would also love to say how truly happy I am see the lovely Daniel Ward Murphy almost go through to 50K.Daniel is a very talented musician and I really feel his time for 50K is well deserved and due.

Even though times are really challenging for me at the moment , I just know there are so many great moments to look forward to- My collabs, my originals, my SAB album, touring Europe etc.I never have and never will lose sight of the bigger picture.Thank you so very much for your wonderful friendship.You are appreciated way beyond words. : )

CHRISTMAS DAY DIARY.   THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE- ENTER KEY IS STILL NOT WORKING - GETTING REPLACED !!! CHRISTMAS EVE 24TH DECEMBER - Departed Sydney for the Blue Mountains, home of the most beautiful mother on the planet - proudly mine, Ms Susan McLeod..4 hours later, I arrived close to midnight in 'Lithgow'.After a quick chat ( 3hrs - that's quick isn't it ? ! ; ) ) I shower and head off to bed.So excited that it is Christmas, one of my favourite times of the year.Still love the whole idea with Santa-gives us all hope  for the future and that feeling of magic in the air.

CHRISTMAS DAY- 25TH : I awake to "Darling, it's time to get out of bed" at 7.45am ! arrrrrrrrrrrrr !!!!!!!!! Mum !!!!!!!!!!!!!! My mum says "Darling" alot, yet I still can't work out where I get it from. ?  ; ) hehe.I have a healthy breakfast of pizza (???!!!) and we make our way to Lithgow train station.One hour later we arrive in "Katoomba", we are greeted kindly by our volunteer leader Lynn and briefed on the day and what is expected of us.We are encouraged to warmly welcome guests and apply no pressure.The guests range from elderly people whose partners have passed on, to people suffering mental illness - predominantly Schizophrenia and OCD ( Obsessive compulsive disorder ) , also disadvantaged families and backpackers .Certainly a day of mixed emotions for me, I felt sadness  - yet admirability for the wonderful people I met.I met a lovely young man by the name of "Allan", my age and extremely sweet in nature - I was fulfilling my role of serving food and drinks to him when he looked up at me and said "Tiff - you are the champion of champions" - I laughed because as you all know , my favourite word is champion ! But in all seriousness, I was doing something which I found so rewarding and internally fulfilling - that was incredibly flattering and meaningful.I actually felt like I was really helping another human being.You really value your life when you have friends and/or family that care about you.I felt so upset for Allan, Christmas day- struggling with mental illness and where were his family ? No where.Still extremely sweet and intelligent, I have so much admiration for this young man and people in the same boat. : ) I enjoyed the experience so much that I enquired today about more volunteer work.The person I really have to Thank for my gratitude is my mum -  Susan, she has been doing volunteer work for human and animal rights for 15 years.God love ya mum.You are the best role model for humanity.Take care of each other and really enjoy your life.xxxxx

*** ARTIST UPDATE - TUESDAY 20TH NOVEMBER, 2007.***

As always , little Tiff is busy! busy ! busy ! Working extremely hard to finance my exciting Rockin Christmas track that will be recorded at the end of November with my genius producer Mr Phil Tweed.

I am busy packing my Cd's to send to even more radio stations ( Commercial and community ) and to any simliar organisations that can help spread the word about Sellaband and Team Tiff.I will also be asking them if I could have the pleasure of being interviewed.I have also contacted community television to see if I can get an Interview.I am trying so hard to promote Sellaband, they way I see it is that all this hard work does not only benefit the Team Tiff family and myself with newly attracted Sellaband believers but truly helps EVERYONE. Artists make new friends and potential parts and new believers get to support their favourite acts and also establish new friendships with Artists and Believers alike.It really is an all round win/win situation.

I would love to Thank you you all so very, very much for enabling Team Tiff on reaching the amazing 17K milestone.The next Team Tiff goal is 20K for Christmas.I will work extra hard to make this happen.I am really confident and positive. : )

It is truly fantastic to the have Brian and the wonderful guys back.They are all truly wonderful and genuine people and I have no doubt that they will once again be extremely successful.

I got the call not so long ago from Brian- I was speechless (hard to believe, yes I know !!!! ) .I was and still am incredibly flattered and honoured to be asked to be the Vegas Dragons support act , right around Europe !!! Thank you so much Vegas Dragons, still pinching myself.I have all the faith in the world you will again successfully achieve 50K.Woohoo !!! Europe !!! I will get to meet all my Champions !!! Really can't wait !!!! Woohoo !!!

However, sadly in amongst the open arms and warm welcome's that the guys have received - there has been some opposition.I fully can see different perspectives and completely respect all opinions.Everybody has a right to voice their thoughts.I personally support any 50K Artist who chooses to return to Sellaband for the 2nd time, as I know that one day I too-will be part of the extremely blessed 50K club for absolute sure. : ) That's how much I believe in myself. : )

Some parts were removed from my account lately.Thoughts are it could POSSIBLY be in opposition to the Vegas Dragons comeback, as I am the support act for them on this tour.I really work my heart out here, even away from SAB to finance new songs.To say the least, I was so upset and in utter disbelief.  : (   As I have mentioned prior, I respect that it is your hard earned money and your right to remove/move parts when you choose but I would prefer it to be for valid reasons, not out of anger.

My Fabulous Christmas song will be available to Rock your ears off early December !!! So looking very much forward to sharing the song with you, my truly wonderful Champions !!!

RECORDING DIARY OF "LIAR LIAR "

MONDAY 8TH OCTOBER , 2007.

4.30am - Woke up to the lovely sound of 3 alarms (which is always so much fun ; ) ) and the sound of my Mum's voice (who was visiting from the country ) saying at least what felt like a thousand times "Darling up better get up !!!!!!! ".

"Oooohhhhhhhhhhhhhh  Mum" was the Interestingly toned reply !!! I eventually stumbled out of bed .It only took 30 minutes for me to get up - that's achievement for me - trust me !!!! I ran out the door - once again like a complete mad woman !!!!!

5.30am - Got one train to connect with another train that stops where Phil lives ! Practically slept most of the way, I was very relieved to feel quite refreshed when I awoke.I proof read my lyrics and repeatedly played the song in my head in order to mentally fine tune it.I wanted to make a huge impact with this song.So I went over and over with it in my mind on the best way to deliever the song. 

I am extremely satisfied and confident that the pre -production would go well and it did indeed.

9.15am - Phil greets me at the station .He has to post some business items at his local post office and then I am informed we are making a trip to the supermarket to purchase his Primma Donna a brand new coffee plunger !!! I also get offered a yummy choice of snacks.I reluctantly accept ; )  (hehehe) and choose Chocolate Tim Tams with a Strawberry filling (Famous Aussie Chocolate biscuit )

10am - We arrive at Phil's house and I make a desperate dash to make a cup of coffee.It's already 10am and I haven't had my daily dose of  Caffeine yet !!!!!  That is not like me at all.I normally roll out bed and that is the first thing I do ! No- I am not kidding !!!!

I use my Favourite mug at Phil's which appropriately reads "It's all about me ; )  (Which belong to Phil's beautiful daughter Abbey-Thank you so much Sweetie xxx).I feel so emotionally attached to the mug , I grabbed it from the dishwasher mid cycle and hand washed it myself !!!!  Coffee was then made and quickly guzzled.

**Ah - the relief** ; )

We open our packet of Tim Tams ,I tuck into one- "Oh the pain **Crunch**," The agony", **Crunch** "The hardship-**mmm....these biscuits are so aweful ; )** **Crunch** (hehe) .I reach for a 3rd Tim Tam.Darn , they are soooooooooo nice ! I am being so bad , I could slap my own hand  ; ) !!!!!!!

Anyhow.....!!!! Where was I ? Oh... that's right !.....The Recording Diary !!!!

10.30am - Down to business.I take a seat in the studio with Phil and we discuss my idea's for the song , the feel , the melody , the overall direction of the song.

I start to sing the song to Phil as exactly as it sounds in my head (Brave man ; )) I repeatedly sing the song over while Phil listens intently. After a short while , Phil starts to put some music to my melody.He uses an Accoustic guitar , as well the piano eventually.

I delibrately wrote the song in a way to make it sound completely different to my previous material.Even though I am extremely proud of "No Fear", I really like the idea of evolving as an Artist as well as a human being.I wanted to be non-cliche and unpredictable with this track , so I decided to break up the song with an excellerated Metal/Thrash Drum moment.It is very fast  - trust me !!!! But sounds Incredible, Simply Awesome.

Next we worked on the Killer Instrumental.I wanted some raw piano, as well as Angelic style sounding Keyboard in this section to highlight the pain and angst caused by another human being's lie.Phil works his magic and this section is everything I wanted and more.It is really emotional and you can really feel the pain.A job indeed exceptionally well done by Phil.

The ending is created and the final touches of the pre-production stage are now complete.

You just know instintively that you have an Amazing successful song in your hands , when you are that excited and happy with the pre-production and the authentic guitars ,bass and drums have not even been added yet !!! Phil and I agree that the song will sound huge ! We could hear the end result in our heads , what is was going to sound like when all instruments and mastering had been added.

This was going to be Awesome !!! It sounds Amazing.

Phil tries to edit and mix the track as much as possible as he goes along to lessen the work load later.I sing a pilot vocal over the top.

Phil makes a rehearsal CD for me.One with my pilot and the other with an Instrumental backing.

I practice religiously over the next 2.5 days, even to the point of embarrassing myself on public transport to work !!!!

5pm - I board 2 trains home and feel so happy.My hard work has rewarded me with an Amazing Song.I work on my music and reflect on an awesome day.

9.30pm- Arrive home.Absolutely exhausted,Shower and bed.

Wednesday 10th October , 2007.

4.30pm - Board train in Sydney after work.Discover rail maintenance is being conducted.Noooooo!!!!!!

9pm - Finally meet Phil and the Dragon !!!! Only 4.5 hrs of travel.Arrrrrrrrrrrrr !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Phil finished doing a charity gig and I had the utmost honour of meeting Mr Mitch Farmer who played Drums on my "No Fear" album.A really lovely guy indeed. : ) ***Tiff does happy dance*** !!!!

9.30pm - We arrive back at Phils.Phil's lovely family head to bed and Brian , Phil and I stay up and talk and listen to Brian's pre- production.Trust me Champions-It sounds awesome  !- you will not be disappointed !!!!!! We talk about life and it is so nice that just the 3 of us are there.We are all really great friends and we have a very special bond. : )

11.30pm- We say goodnight and go our bedrooms for a much needed sleep !!!

Thursday 12th October, 2007.

7am - I wake up and do my usual, lie there and think -for what seems an eternity !!!

8.30am - Roll out of bed and eat my porridge , like a good little rockstar does ; ) , Shower and practice my vocals ahead of recording in the afternoon.

10.30am - The World's fastest guitarist arrives ! **All bow to King Jeremy ** ; ) hehe.

We set up Jeremy's gear and get stuck into work.Jeremy and Phil go over the song and we are soon recording the guitar.The sound is huge and once again-No drums or bass have been added at this stage !!!

Jeremy is absolute genius.It is truly Amazing to watch him play.

It is an Incredible sight and I watch him in awe.

We lay down the different guitar tracks and have so much fun.Many laughs were shared along the way !!

1.30pm - Time for a quick bite to eat! My stomach is making some really interesting sounds !! We have yummy Thai, Thank you so much to Phil's lovely wife -Jodi !

2.30pm- We all head back into the studio.Jeremy offers to play bass (Originally Phil was playing bass) and I enthusiastically accept ! I am incredibly honoured he has offered , not to mention Incredibly grateful.And of course, Jeremy once again - does an outstanding job.

3pm- Phil and I say Thank you very much to Jeremy for his Amazing efforts.He is such a professional a truly lovely guy to boot.

I  place on my headphones , ready to record.The Primma Donna is now ready to record !!!

I am so happy with my vocals, they are so strong.I am paying particular attention to delivering an extremely emotional and powerful performance.

A very funny moment was when I said to Phil after I really gave my all on quite an intense moment of the song "Was that angry enough? " He looked at me with a very funny look his face and said "Tiff , I watched you sing it over and yes-you were angry enough!".It was very funny !!! What can I say?!  I am a perfectionist !!!

I really loved the versatility of my voice.From Angelic Style Vibrato along to a beautiful harp to exploding angry vocals.

Phil does a little mixing and editing and we wrap it up.

6pm -I Thank Phil so very much for his Incredible and Amazing work.He is pure genius and a truly Wonderful friend.I am very blessed to have such a great friendship with my Producer.Once again , Phil has worked his magic and completely outdone himself.

I board the train and I work on my music on the way home and mentally prepare myself for getting back to work the next day.

10.30pm - I safely arrive home and listen to the pre - production about er...shall we say...about...3000 times !!!!! I am so proud of it , I just can't get enough !!!!

I shower and hit the sack.Thinking about the truly wonderful and successful week I have had.And reminding myself that even though it was really hard to earn the money to record,  HARD WORK WAS WORTH EVERY SINGLE SECOND and that I will do it over and over again to achieve my dreams.

NEW BLOG _ ARTIST UPDATE - Wednesday 3rd October , 2007.

Well ! There is one way to describe how I feel at the moment - Boy - What a week  !

The last 2 weeks have been quite a challenge for me.I have been working consistently for 10 days.My next day off is Sunday 7th October and I am sooooooo excited !!!! By the time my day off rolls around, I would have worked 13 full consecutive days !!!!

Also , not having the convienience of my laptop (for almost a month, due to service complications) has been really frustrating and I am so busy that getting to an Internet Cafe to keep in touch with Sellaband has also proved rather challenging !!!!

Finding the time to eat and sleep has indeed tested my strength !!!

I am working so hard to be able to afford $1400+  to Record my exciting up and coming track "Liar Liar " with my Genius producer Mr Phil Tweed. It is always very hard for me to save as I pay Rent on my own , as well as pay for general living expenses.

I am a very determined person and like to create goals to strive towards. Once I have my mind set upon a goal , I will do whatever it takes to be able to bring the dream to life. Hard work never killed anyone , as the classic saying goes and it so true..I am a very strong person emotionally , so it would seriously take more than hard physical labour to stop me from reaching my dream of singing on a Full time basis.

After this week , I have made a promise to myself to cut back my 45-60 hour week at my 'day job', back to a more reasonable and acceptable working week.It is not healthy or safe to push myself this hard.

Not having a day off in such a long time has left me feeling quite fatigued and exhausted but in saying that - working with Phil is worth absolutely every single second.He is a Wonderful friend and I just know that everytime I step foot in his studio that magic will be created. : ) He never has disappointed me and never will.He is seriously- THAT GOOD.

I am definately very quilty of pushing myself way too hard but the fact of the matter is that I want to achieve this dream of singing full time and touring around the world so much , that I will do whatever is necessary , because my friends-_I AM NOT GIVING UP UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES !!!!! I will achieve 50K.I believe I have a strong voice , a great sound , I am an evolving artist , as well as having an extremely positive attitude and strong work ethnic. I will make it - Thank you so very much for sharing this Wonderful Journey.I am going to make you so proud. You really will not regret it. : ) I can guarantee you that my Champions . : )

No Artist is ever really an overnight success.I can prove this with the blood, sweat and tears that I (and so many other great Artists have been though ) in my life to achieve a goal which makes me heart sing and my smile shine. : )

And also my friends.I am making every single effort to reach Page one.I feel I am very worthy of it and will rest at nothing.

I am really busy these days,working 6 out of 7 days.I am doing alot of Songwriting in my free time (not much of that unfortunately!!!!) and saving very hard to record new material with my producer Mr Phil Tweed-www.sellaband.com/philtweed

I am Still very Enthusiastic and working very,very hard here on Sellaband.

Journal Entry of Recording of Dandelium and Tiff collab "Stronger" with Phil Tweed.

Monday 3rd September, 2007

4.10am-Awoke to the Lovely sound of my lovely alarm clock-NOT!

4.40am-Half an hour later I jumped out bed and raced around like a mad woman, making coffee!!!!.Absolutely have to get out of the door at 5am! Must get 5.16am train to Newcastle !!!!!! No if's or buts!

5.00am-Walked to train station to get to closest major station to connect with the train that will take me to Newcastle.

5.25am- Arrive at "Epping Station",waiting for the Newcastle Train,only to discover I was on the wrong platform!!!!!!!

I run around like a mad woman - again !!!  to get to the right platform! Thank fully for me the train was late and I did not miss it!!!! Phew !!! That was sooooooooo close!!!!!

It was fate, it was like something told me I had to catch that train to Phil's.

7.10am- Had to get off the train to board a coach for an hour of the journey, then had to get off again to re-connect with another train-arrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh my Gosh-what a true test of determination and patience.I am very proud of myself at this point.True strength can get you through anything.

10am- After 4 trains and 1 coach trip, I meet Phil at Maitland train station!!!! Woo hoo!!!!!!

So worth every second of travel , would do it over and over again.

Phil is seriously "Tha man".An absolute genius and a very kind friend.

We make our way to Phil's studio (which is apart of his lovely house).It is very small in size but OH MY GOSH-the sound is anything but small !!!!!

11am- After travel from the station.I say hello to Phil's Beautiful wife- Jodi.

Phil kindly makes me a coffee and puts it in a very appropriate mug , quite clearly mean't for me.It reads "It's all about me!".How appropriate for this little Primma donna !!!!!!!!! May I say too-nice cuppa Phil-Thanks so much Champ!

We head into the studio and we go through the vocal structure and ideas's to make the collab sound the strongest it possibly can be.

I sing a few practice runs, then recording begins!

I am loving this so much.It saddens me that the only reason that stops me from recording more often is money.It truly breaks my heart but keeps me constantly determined to save and succeed.I just love the whole creative experience.It is deeply imbedded in my bones and my soul.For the Love of god- I will whole heartedly pursue this dream.

We gradually progress,the song is evolving very well and we are both very excited !!!!! It is only in it's early stages of recording without mixing or mastering and it is already sounding HUGE.

Erik is such an incredibly talented composer, it truly becomes even more apparent how much this track truly suits my vocals.

I am , to say the least brutally honest! I say if I feel something is great or not so great!!!! Phil is a very patient man indeed! He politely says to me "Wait Tiff".I stand back and watch Phil work his magic.He polishes my vocal line and boy does it sound amazing.

We are both very much the "Perfectionist".Which of course, can only be a good thing.I just cannot walk away from a recording half satisfied,so I sing the same line ,no matter how many times until it feels very comfortable to me.

I hit those extremely high notes you hear then grab a drink soon after to get some colour back into my face and get the blood circulating again !!!! It was such fun to sing that high , I love it because it  feels very natural.I am so truly blessed to have been given this gift.A gift that I will never take for granted.

1.30pm - Some funny noises are emerging from the studio and NO- it's not my vocals !!!! It is the sound of our little tummies rumbling !!!!! We stopped for a short but well deserved lunch break.

Phil- Genius producer, mastermind chef!!!! I get treated to yummy Chicken and Cheese Sandwiches !!!!

See-that's where I must have got the idea for my slogan "Not only can you Rock with Tiff! but you can cook with her as well" !!!!!

Followed by a sweet treat of strawberry shortcake.mmmm.....cake.....!!!!!!!!!!

2pm - Back into the studio we go.Now I have brain food under my belt, I really feel I can conquer the world !!!!!

We worked extremely hard on the second half of "Stronger"

It was so much fun recording the harmony sections.Alot of fun but also quite challenging at the same time. We sat back and listened to the end result of harmonies being blended together, it sounds like magic.I really am looking forward to hearing the end sound more than ever now.

I had a great feeling about the sound of this song when I approached Erik.It was like a higher, stronger force was encouraging me to ask Eric if he was interested in Collaborating with little Tiff.I just felt this was going to be a success and as it turns I was right. : ) : ) : ) Thank goodness! I like to experiment with different sounds and to take risks-After all-who know's where they lead you? I don't like to play it always safe.Taking risks musically enables me to grow and learn.

4pm - Song complete ! Woo hooooooooooo !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We both intently listen and analyse the end sound.Making sure we are happy with the overall result.My high notes seem to a be little too much in the background , so Phil brings them slighty a little forward.Ahhh...That's sounds alot better and gives the notes the glory they truly deserve.These Power chords really make the song sound awesome.

Phil being the upmost professional he is, has mixed each section as we have completed it to ensure efficiency. So as a result, minimum mixing then mastering is applied in the final stages.

Once mastering has been completed , we both listen to the track prior to it being uploaded to Sellaband.

I am still amazed the talent and foresight that Phil has.He can see miles ahead the potential in a song,He is very particular and hears every sound- missing nothing.I have complete faith that the job will be done properly each and every single time.

4.20pm- "Stronger" is uploaded to my profile page and I am so proud.I truly cannot begin to describe how truly happy and satisfied I feel in this moment.

All the hard work in writing the Lyrics and organising the song structure was WORTH EVERY MINUTE.

5pm- I officially announce the uploading of "Stronger" on Sellaband !!!!!!

I say my farewells to Phil's lovely family and get dropped off at the train station to connect with my train back to my home in Sydney.

It is indeed a very long but exceptionally rewarding journey.

I definately fully utilised my 5 or so hours of travelling back.

On the train I successfully write this Journal entry, My Sellaband to do list and My Official Sellaband Mission Statement.

I just cannot justify being on the train for such an incredible amount of time and not maximising the opportunity to plan to achieve worthwhile goals.

9.30pm - After 4.5-5hrs travelling, I finally arrive safely home !!!

I am truly exhausted to say the very least.A long but enjoyable ady.

Counting down the days till my next recording , so can't wait !!!

I grab a bite to eat and spend a short time reflecting on my Amazing day.

Off to bed-I can't keep my eyelids open!!!!
